肿瘤坏死因子-α基因多态性与慢性阻塞性肺疾病相关性的研究进展

摘　　要：研究表明,COPD的发生存在一定的遗传易感性,目前已发现十余种候选基因与之有关,肿瘤坏死因子-α基因是其中之一。TNF-α是一个多功能的细胞因子,它促进气道重构,改变平滑肌细胞功能,参与肺部炎症调节,从而在COPD发病过程中起重要作用。TNF-α基因多态性与COPD易感性的相关报道结果不一,本文就此作一综述。Research indicates that chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is heritable to some extent. More than ten candidate genes have been identified and the tumor necrosis factor - alpha gene is one of them.The tumor necrosis factor - alpha is a multifunctional cytokine,which promote the inlet reconstruction,change the function of smooth muscle cells,involved in regulation of lung inflammation, resulting in the pathogenesis of COPD play an important role.TNF -α gene polymorphism and COPD susceptibility reported mixed results.This article reviews the progress in the association of the tumor necrosis factor - alpha gene polymorphisms with COPD.
