摘  要:首先介绍了大型泵站机组远程状态监测平台的功能需求,简单描述了系统的硬件组成和体系结构,接着详细介绍了现场监控系统和远程监测Web服务器的软件设计.采用LabWin-dows/CVI设计开发的现场监控系统能够在线采集机组的振动、摆度、转速等数据,以及进行振动频谱分析、摆度测量等功能;利用Measurement studio设计的远程监测Web服务器,能够提供泵站远程状态监测和维护.实验结果表明该系统界面友好,实现了大型泵站机组远程状态监测的基本功能.The functional requirements of remote supervision platform of pump set in large pumping station is introduced. Then,the hardware components and the system architecture are introduced briefly. In succession,the software design and implement of the local status monitoring system and the Web server for remote supervision are described in detail. The local status monitoring system developed with the LabWindows/CVI is able to acquire on-line signals from speed,acceleration and sensors,and display figure,curve,waveform,spectrum and the orbit of shaft centerline. The remote supervision Web server implemented with Measurement Studio provides remote supervision and remote maintenance. Several experimental results show that the remote status monitoring platform has a user-friendly interface,and has achieved primary functions of remote status monitoring of pump set in large pumping station.
