摘  要:对某井Φ273.05mm套管产生裂纹的原因进行研究分析。通过对井况、地层岩性、井身质量要求、钻井施工情况和测井结果等进行调查研究,认为起下钻遇阻和挂卡导致套管严重磨损,套管磨损后产生穿透裂纹;通过对材料强度和韧性的关系进行论证分析,认为材料强度越高,匹配的韧性应当越高;通过对套管材料的化学成分、力学性能和金相组织进行试验分析,认为套管材料不符合油田订货技术要求,材料韧性不足降低了套管抵抗裂纹萌生和扩展的能力。Causes for cracking of the casings used in a certain well are investigated and studied,involving such aspects as the well conditions,the stratum lithology,the requirements for the well shaft quality,the well engineering circumstances,the well logging result,and etc.It is concluded that serious abrasion of the casing is caused by the resistance or jamming as encountered with when running the drill tool into the well or lifting it up,and thus through cracks are developed.Based on discussion and analysis of the relationship between the strength and the toughness of the material,it is identified that the higher the material strength is,the higher the corre spondent toughness should be.The chemical composition,the mechanical properties and the metallographic structure of the casing material are analyzed through relevant tests.The resultant conclusion is that the casing material is not in compliance with the technical requirements as specified in the order by the oil field end-user,and that the toughness of the casing material is not high enough to keep the casing material having sufficient resistance against the embryo,and further development of the cracking.
