玉门油田酒东地区套管损坏机理研究

摘　　要：针对玉门油田酒东地区套管损坏发生的经过,重点开展了地应力研究、中沟组地层泥岩强度特性研究,进行了岩心强度和蠕变实验,最终分析总结出酒东地区套管损坏的详细原因。根据套管损坏机理研究情况,制定了有效预防套管损坏的技术对策。通过长3井全过程的试验与应用,验证了套管损坏机理研究的正确性和预防对策的科学性,为该地区后续勘探开发提供了保障套管安全的有效措施。Addressing the damage of the casings as used in the Jiudong Area of Yumen Oil Field,relevant studies are conducted,focusing on such aspects as the crustal stress,the characteristics of the mudstone strength of Formation in the Zhonggou Area,and relevant creep test.As a result,the causes for the damage of the said casings used are finally identified in details,and summarized.Based on analysis of the mechanism of the casings' damage,technical preventative actions against the said damage are worked out.Thanks to the full-process test and application to the Chang Well No.3,it is verified that the conclusion from the studies on the casing damage mechanism is correct,and the preventative actions scientific.Thus effective measures can be provided to ensure the operation safety of casings in the consequential exploration activities in the above mentioned area.
