甘肃省城市体系空间结构现势评价

摘　　要：从空间结构理论的角度审视,甘肃省城市体系空间结构评价对于落实本区域"十二五"规划有着战略意义。以甘肃省14个地市(州)为研究对象,通过构建城市人口与经济发展指标体系,运用重力模型、断裂点理论等研究方法,综合分析该省城市体系空间结构现势,并对其城镇化水平进行评价。结果表明:该研究区域城市处于要素集聚发展时期,城市等级规模体系尚不完善,发展层次悬殊,核心城市与区域副中心城市对外围地域的带动作用还未充分发挥;超大城市超前发展、大中城市发展不足、小城市层次过低;调适城市空间体系现势的策略只能逐渐满足整合发展要素、缩小发展差距的内在需求。This paper tried to probe into the strategic significance of the practice of 'the 12th five-year plan' in Gansu province through the estimation of the spatial structure of cities in Gansu province from the perspective of spatial theory.With the setting up of an index system for the estimation of the development of city population and economy,a comprehensive analysis of the present spatial structures of different 14 cities and an estimation of the urbanization in Guansu were carried out.It was found that these cities are,on the one hand,still characterized by elementary development,great disparity in development level and imperfect city system and,on the other hand,not playing leading roles in promoting the development of the outer-ring regions.It was also noticed that there were more super-scaled cities than expected,not enough medium small-sized ones.It was concluded that the corresponding adjustment of the tragedies for the present spatial structure of city could only meet the need of integrating developmental elements and narrowing the development gap.
