摘 要:辽河油田洼79井区储层发育不稳定,砂体规模小,油藏埋藏深,油层薄,岩性细,加之直井开发中存在注汽压力高,吞吐周期短,油层出砂严重,检泵周期短等因素,导致储量难采。利用储层评价技术开展区块精细油藏描述,落实剩余储量富集区。在此基础上,对区块油井的注汽规律、生产规律进行评价,同时寻找适宜的开采技术。运用油藏工程方法开展水平井动用可行性研究,并采用配套的钻采工艺技术,设计水平井整体替代直井进行二次开发的方案。预计洼79井区利用水平井二次开发后,井区日产油能力达到80t以上,采收率可提高7.3%,增加可采储量10.2×104t。实践表明,水平井既可有效抑制油井出砂、改善注汽效果,又可发挥泄油面积大的优势,提高主力砂体动用程度;合理优化钻采工艺可有效提高油层钻遇率,利用多点注汽方式能提高热利用效率,实现难采储量的有效开发。Well block Wa79 in Liaohe oilfield has the characteristics of unstable reservoir development,small scale of sandbody,deep burial depth,thin reservoir and fine lithology.Its reserves is hard to produce for high steam injection pressure,short stimulation cycle and pump inspection,and severe reservoir sanding in the production by the vertical wells.Fine reservoir description has been carried out,and enriched areas for remaining reserves have been determined by using the reservoir evaluation techniques.Based on that,the steam injection pattern and production pattern of the oil wells in the block have been evaluated and suitable production techniques have been looking for at the same time.Reservoir engineering method is applied to feasibility re search of producing by the horizontal wells.Matched drilling and oil production technology is applied to secondary exploitation plan design of the horizontal wells instead of the vertical wells wholly.It is forecasted that daily oil production capability will be up to 80t,oil recovery efficiency will be enhanced by 7.3% and recoverable reserves will be increased by 10.2 ×104t after the secondary exploitation by the horizontal wells in well block Wa79.Field practice has indicated that the horizontal wells may not only restrict oil well sanding and improve stimulation results,but also improve producing degree of main sandbodies through the advantage of large drainage area.Optimized drilling and production technologies may enhance success ratio of drilling.The way of multi-point steam injection may enhance efficiency of heat utilization.After these measures,hard-to produce reserves may be produced effectively.
