摘 要:建立了Fe(Ⅲ)-三溴偶氮胂-高碘酸钾体系测定痕量铁的催化动力学分光光度法。试验结果表明,在浓度为5.0×10-3 mol/L的硫酸介质中,痕量Fe(Ⅲ)对KIO4氧化三溴偶氮胂有强烈催化作用。根据530nm波长处的吸光度,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量铁新方法,Fe(Ⅲ)质量浓度在0.5~4.5ng/mL范围内与吸光度差值呈良好线性关系,方法检出限为0.393ng/mL,已成功用于测定海鱼中的痕量铁。A new catalytic kinetic method for determination of trace iron was developed with iron(Ⅲ)-tribromoarsenazo-potassium periodate system.It is experimentally found that in sulfuric acid medium of 5.0 × 10-3 mol·L-1 trace Fe(Ⅲ) has a strong catalytic effect on the redox of tribromoarsenazo by KIO4.At 530 nm,the difference of absorbance is measured and a new method for the determination of trace iron by catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry was developed.A good linear relationship is presented between the difference of absorbance and the amount of Fe(Ⅲ) over the range of 0.5 ~ 4.5 ng/mL.The detection limit of the method was 0.393 ng/mL.The present method was successfully applied todetermine trace iron in sea fish with satisfactory results.
