摘　　要：马克思主义与儒学精神会通既是马克思主义中国化的时代要求,也是儒学现代化转进的逻辑应然。二者在实践理性、辩证思维、人文关怀以及社会理想之向度的精神会通,促进了马克思主义中国化的当代实践。@@@@The communication between Marxism and Confucianism is not only the requirement of the times of the domestication of Marxism but also the “ought to be ”of the renaissance of Confucianism .The communi-cation between them has promoted the contemporary practice of the domestication of Marxism , which includes four aspects: practical reason, dialectical thinking, humanistic care, social ideal.
