摘　　要：目的:报告小剂量阿司匹林致老年人过敏性紫癜2例病例,并分析原因。方法:查阅我院收治的2例老年男性过敏性紫癜的临床资料,并参考相关文献。结果:2例患者主要症状为过敏性紫癜皮疹,分析原因与服用小剂量阿司匹林密切相关,停用阿司匹林后过敏性紫癜症状消失,并未再复发。结论:临床使用小剂量阿司匹林应注意防范过敏性紫癜的发生。Objective:To report 2 cases of elderly allergic purpura caused by low dose aspirin and anlysis the cause of allergic purpura.Methods:Look up the illness record of the 2 elderly patients with allergic purpura,and review the literature.Results:The main symptoms of the 2 patients accord with the symptoms of allergic purpura.The symptoms disappeared after stopping aspirin.Conclusion:Clinical use of low dose aspirin should be paid attention to prevent the occurrence of allergic purpura.
