摘  要:本实验对七带石斑鱼胚体、卵黄囊期仔鱼形态发育的过程进行观察,研究其发育特征。结果表明:(1)七带石斑鱼受精卵在水温会(27.77±1.05)℃,盐度32条件下,胚胎发育从胚体形成至孵出仔鱼历时约22h10min。(2)仔鱼卵黄囊在孵化2d后消失,油球消失于孵化后第6d,卵黄囊依照先卵黄、后油球的顺序被吸收,吸收速度为先快后慢。(3)初孵仔鱼在孵化后一天时间内生长迅速,之后速度减缓。(4)仔鱼的营养可概括为内源性营养-混合营养-外源性营养阶段。The neural embryo development and yolk sac larval morphological development ofE. septemfasciatus was investigated. The result showed that: (1) Under the water temperature ranging of 27.77 ± 1.05℃, pH 8.15 and salinity 32, it took 59 hours and 45 minutes from fertilization to hatching. (2) the yolk sac of larvae was absorbed completely on the 2nd day after hatching ,while oil globule exhausted on the 6th day ,and the yolk sac consumption was yolk first, then oil globule. The consumption rate was very fast on the 1st day after hatching, then slowed down. (3) the newly hatched larvae grew fast during the firstday, and slowed down after that. (4) the nutrition of larvae generally like nutrition-inside,mixotrophy, nutrition-outside.
