摘  要:目的观察早期康复训练对脑外伤大鼠认知功能的影响。方法制作中-重度脑外伤模型,成年雄性SD大鼠32只,随机分为24 h、3 d和7 d康复训练组和对照组。康复训练组大鼠分别在脑外伤后24 h、3 d和7 d进行为期2周的电动跑台训练,术后第21~25天行Morris水迷宫检查,评估大鼠认知功能的变化。结果中-重度脑损伤后早期(7 d内)的运动训练组大鼠与对照组大鼠的空间学习和记忆能力无显著统计学差异。结论中-重度脑外伤后早期进行康复训练治疗对学习记忆能力没有明显影响。Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation on cognitive deficit in rats with traumatic brain injury.Methods Thirty-two adult male rats were made into the severe traumatic brain injury model and were randomly divided into the 24-hour exercise group,the 3-day exercise group,the 7-day exercise group and the control group.The rats in the exercise groups were induced by electric treadmill training for 2 weeks at 24-hour,3-day and 7-day after traumatic brain injury respectively.The Morris Water Maze was tested and the cognitive function changes were evaluated at 21~25 days.Results There were no significant differences between the early treadmill exercise after traumatic brain injury(within seven days) groups and the control group in the function of spatial learning and memory.Conclusion Early treadmill exercise has no significant effect on the function of spatial learning and memory in rats after severe traumatic brain injury.
