摘 要:在传统的熵值评价的基础上对标准化的熵值法进行改进,并将改进的熵值法与层次分析相互结合提出了基于改进熵值法的建筑安全管理绩效评价模型。该评价模型解决了AHP分析法中对建筑安全管理绩效评价指标依赖主观判断的问题,实现对建筑安全管理绩效评价指标的固有信息与专家的主观判断信息的量化与综合,从而对评价指标的客观化,是对建筑安全管理绩效评价的创新。结果表明该方法是建筑安全管理绩效评价的有效工具。This article makes the improvement in the standardized entropy value method based on traditional entropy value, then combines the im-proved entropy method with the analytic hierarchy and establish construction safety management performance based on the improved entropy method. In the eveluation model for the construction safety management performance ,to resolve the question of weighting the assessing index of construction safety management perfor mance entirly depends on the specialist subjective determination to the assessing index of construction safety management performance in the AHP , quanti-zing and synthesizing the inherent information of the assessing index system of the construction safety management performance and the subjective judgment of evaluators , realizing an objective weithting of the assessing index of the construction safety management performance, achieving an objective and scientific evaluation of the construction safety management performance ,which is an innovation for the construction safety management performance evaluation.The results show that the method can be an effective tool to evaluate safety management performance on construction projects.
