摘 要:本文通过总黄酮含量测定和傅里叶红外光谱相关分析,探讨了云南不同产地灯盏细辛药材黄酮含量相关的特征峰。30份样品红外光谱的峰形、峰位极相似,但吸收峰的相对强度有一定差异,其中16份样品的第一强峰出现在1034 cm-1附近,14份样品的第一强峰在3401 cm-1附近。为进一步探讨峰强度与实测黄酮量关系,我们用SPSS软件,对3436,3379,1639,1611,1420,1374,1250,1034,535,473 cm-1处峰强与实测黄酮量的关系进行了多元对数相关回归分析,r=0.605(复相关系数)p=0.007(概率)经过统计分析3436,1639和1250 cm-1处峰强与实测黄酮量具有密切相关关系。结果表明,可以用以上三个特征峰强来定性判断黄酮的含量,结果对灯盏细辛的生产应用、品种选育、栽培技术研究具有一定的指导意义。Characteristic spectrum of total flavonoid content of erigenon breviscapus was tested by application of FT-IR, which was produced in deferent planting locations in Yunnan. The results showed that the shape and the position of their IR spectrum of 30 samples were very similar, but the relative intensity of the characteristic absorbance peaks had some difference, in which the strongest absorption peak of 16 samples appeared at about 1034 cm^-1 , and that of the other 14 samples at about 3401 cm^-1. In order to clear the relationship beteen spectrum absorption peak intensity and the actual amount of flavonoid, Mathematics analysis using SPSS software was applied to absorption peak at 3436,3379, 1639,1611,1420,1374,1250,1034,535,473cm^-1 and got r=0. 605 , p=0. 007. Peak at 3436,1639 and 1250 cm^-1 were significant relation to the amount of flavonoid measure-ment. So, we conclude that the amount of flavonoid were recognized according to the three peaks at 3436,1639 and 1250 cm^-1. The above research results can provide some scientific basis for Erigenon Breviscapus production application, cultivar selection and breeding and cultivation technology as well.
