摘　　要：缺陷产品召回制度、产品责任制度和三包制度共同作为维护消费者利益的有效手段极易被消费者相混淆。文章通过对这三项制度之间的区别与联系进行分析,目的在于厘清这三项制度的功能和适用条件,以指导消费者更好地维护自己的合法权益。As three effective means of safeguarding the interests of consumers,defective product recall system,product liability and 'Three Guarantees systems are very easily confused by consumers.This paper makes an analysis on the differences and relations among the three systems,which aims to clarify the functions and applying conditions.Based on this,it gives consumers some guidance to protect their lawful rights and interests better.
