玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及其护理

摘　　要：目的观察玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝骨关节炎(OA)的临床疗效及其护理。方法 204例膝OA患者随机分为两组,观察组102例,基本治疗+玻璃酸钠膝关节内注射;对照组102例,采用单纯基本治疗。两组疗程5周,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组优良率为88%,多于对照组(P<0.05),观察组有效率为95%,多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论膝OA患者关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠比单纯对症治疗能更有效缓解关节疼痛,改善关节功能。Objective To observe the glass articular injections of sodium Treatment of knee osteoarthritis(OA) of the clinical efficacy of care.Methods 204 cases of OA of the knee were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group,102 cases based on treatment of knee injection of sodium hyaluronate;control group,102 cases,giving only basic treatment.5 weeks course of treatment,clinical effects were compared.Results 88% excellent and good rate,effective rate was 95% higher than the control(P <0.05).Conclusion Patients with OA of the knee articular injection of sodium hyaluronate can be more than just symptomatic treatment effectively relieve pain and improve joint function.
