开搏通与硝苯地平对高血压左室肥厚的逆转及心功能的改善作用

摘　　要：目的探讨开搏通与硝苯地平对高血压左室肥厚的逆转及心功能的改善效果。方法服用开搏通片12.5～25mg,3次/d,硝苯地平片5～10mg,3次/d,每天测卧位血压1次,连续测3天,取其平均值,服药2-4周后进行临床分析。结果收缩压(SBP)由治疗前平均(23.5±1.60)kpa下降至(12.2±1.8)kpa,P<0.05;平均动脉压(MAP)由(16.1±0.8)kpa下降至(14.1±0.9)kpa,P<0.01。结论开搏通与硝苯地平治疗高血压病在降低血压的同时,使左室肥厚发生逆转,能明显减少RWT,说明逆转向心性肥厚较好,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate captopril and nifedipine on left ventricular hypertrophy in essential hypertension and heart function improvement effect of reversal.Methods Taking captopril tablets 12.5mg,25mg,3 /D,5mg-10mg nifedipine tablets,3 /D,every measured supine blood pressure 1,continuous measured 3 days,take the average,taking 2-4 weeks after clinical analysis.Results systolic blood pressure (SBP) from (23.5 ± 1.60) kpa before treatment the average dropped to (12.2 ± 1.8) kpa,P < 0.05;the mean arterial pressure (MAP) from (16.1 ± 0.8) kpa to (14.1 ± 0.9) kpa,P < 0.01.Conclusion captopril and nifedipine in the treatment of hypertension in the lowering of blood pressure at the same time,the left ventricular hypertrophy reversal,can significantly reduce the RWT,description of reversal of concentric hypertrophy is good,worthy of clinical application.
