食管癌根治手术患者术后留置十二指肠营养管的临床护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌根治手术患者术后留置十二指肠营养管的临床护理措施和效果。方法选55例食管癌根治手术患者为观察对象,所有患者术后均留置十二指肠营养管,并接受相应的临床护理,回顾分析患者的临床护理效果。结果仅1例置管5d后自行拔管,其余均置管12-15d,2例患者发生腹泻,2例患者发生腹胀,但经对症处理后临床症状完全消失。结论由本次医学研究结果可见,食管癌根治手术术后留置十二指肠营养管患者,接受系统的临床护理,有助于巩固其临床治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,因而临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the operation of esophageal cancer patients with postoperative indwelling Duodenal Nutrition Tube clinical nursing measure and effect.Methods 55 cases of esophageal cancer patients with radical operation for the observation of the object, all patients received postoperative indwelling duodenal feeding tube, and receive the appropriate clinical care, a retrospective review of patients with clinical nursing effect.Results only 1 cases of catheter after 5D decannulation themselves, the rest are tube 12 to 15d, 2 cases occurred in patients with diarrhea, 2 cases occurred in patients with abdominal distension, but the clinical symptoms completely disappeared after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion from the results of medical research visible, radical operation for esophageal cancer patients with postoperative indwelling duodenal nutrition tube, receiving system for clinical care, help consolidate its clinical therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of complications, and clinical application value.
