中西医结合治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨中医中药+介入治疗早期股骨头缺血坏死的临床疗效。方法对临床和影像诊断为ANFH的15例共26髋均采用Seldinger穿刺技术超选择性插管造影和介入治疗,介入治疗后常规行患侧髋关节理疗+中医辨证口服中药治疗。结果治疗后疼痛缓解率为100%,髋关节功能恢复好转率为95%,DSA显示股骨头供血小动脉增粗,细小动脉增多,股骨头染色增强,X线、CT及MRI复查均有不同程度的骨质修复,新骨形成。结论中医中药+介入疗法是治疗早期股骨头缺血坏死的有效手段,值得临床推广。Objective To chinese herbal and Intervention treatment early Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head,ANFH) the clinical effect.Methods The clinical diagnosis and image of the total of 26 anfh 15 hip adopts seldinger impale technology super selective intubation developing and intervening therapy.the general line of intervening therapy hip therapy with the two sides to every chinese oral herbal treatment.Results The treatment of pain relief for 100%,the hip functions to restore 95% and DSA for display femoral head the arterioles put a small increase,the dyeing femoral head increased,X and CT and MRI review of the bone,forming new bone.Conclusion Chinese herbal treatment was early ANFH effective,it is worth being popularized in clinical Promote.
