子宫肌瘤合并2型糖尿病患者围手术期护理措施探讨

摘　　要：目的分析探讨子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者围手术期的临床护理方法和效果。方法对52例子宫肌瘤合并2型糖尿病患者行经腹子宫全、次全切术,术前给予全面的护理评估、心理护理、监测血糖、严密观察病情、预防感染等措施,术后加强生命体征监测、并发症的观察与护理等。结果 52例患者经过有效的全面护理,所有患者均康复出院,无严重并发症发生,平均住院天数5.5～8d。结论有效的护理是保证手术顺利完成,掌握熟练的理论知识和操作技术,为促进患者康复起着重要作用。Objective To explore the uterine myoma patients complicated with diabetes in perioperative period clinical nursing operation method and effect.Methods 52cases of uterine myoma patientscomplicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus via abdominal hysterectomy,subtotal resection,preoperative givecomprehensive nursing assessment,psychological nursing,monitoring of blood glucose,careful observationof disease,infection prevention measures,strengthening postoperative monitoring of vital signs,observationand nursing of complications.Results 52 patients through effective and comprehensive nursing,all the patients were cured,no serious complications occurred,the average length of stay is 5.5～8D.Conclusionthe effective nursing care is to ensure smooth operation is completed,to master the theoretical knowledge andtechnology,as to promote the recovery of the patients play an important role in.
