摘　　要：报告1例女性16岁Vohwinkel残毁性掌跖角皮症患者。掌跖部渐进性角化过度病史16年,双手足第五指、趾戒指状紧缩环2年。X线片示局部骨质异常。无鱼鳞病,听力正常,其父有类似疾病史。A case of mutilating palmoplantar keratoderma of vohwinkel was reported.A 16-year-old female suffered from progressive palmoplantar hyperkeratosis for 16 years and annular constriction of bilateral 5th fingers and toes for 2 years.The X-ray showed that some substantia ossea have been destroied.Mutilanting palmoplantar keratoderma of vohwinkel was diagnosed.Ichthyosis was not associated with her.The patient's hearing was normal.Her father shared similar skin lesions with her.
