摘　　要：目的了解焦作地区白癜风患病率及其影响因素。方法采取整群抽样方法,对焦作地区多个社区进行流行病学调查,受试者完成调查问卷,并接受皮肤科医生的体格检查。结果共抽样调查2341人,发现白癜风患者22人,患病率0.94%,标化患病率0.96%;其中男性标化患病率1.01%;女性标化患病率0.95%,男女白癜风患病率无显著差异(U=0.769,P>0.05)。结论通过本次流行病学调查获得了焦作地区白癜风的患病率及其影响因素。Objective To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of vitiligo in Jiaozuo district.Methods A communitybased survey was conducted.The cluster sampling method was used.Subjects were required to fulfill the self-report questionares and also received physical examination by dermatologists.Results A total of 2341 people were included in this study.22 were found to have vitiligo(0.94%).The standardized prevalence of vitiligo was 0.96%;The prevalence of vitiligo was more common in male(1.01%) than in female(0.95%),but the sex difference was negligible(U=0.769,P>0.05).Conclusion The prevalence and influencing factors of vitiligo in Jiaozuo district was obtained by epidemiological survey.
