摘  要:目的探讨应用水射流辅助吸脂术行全身大容量吸脂的临床效果和安全性。方法对我科32例患者、共139个部位行水射流辅助吸脂,记录手术时间、注入肿胀液量、冲洗液量、吸出总液体量、吸出脂肪量、术后疼痛时间,观察吸出物颜色、术中术后患者生命体征、皮肤瘀斑和水肿的程度、皮肤平整度以及利多卡因毒性反应等并发症出现情况。结果本组患者平均手术时间4.5h,平均吸脂4.8个部位,平均注入肿胀液量1850ml,平均注入冲洗液量15760ml,平均吸出总液体量11480ml,平均吸脂量4720ml,平均疼痛恢复时间5天。术后6个月恢复良好,无并发症发生。结论水射流辅助吸脂对神经和血管的损伤小,组织肿胀轻,手术效果较好。Objective To estimate the clinical effect and safety of large volume Water Jet-Assisted Liposuction(WAL).Methods Thirty two cases with 139 positions underwent WAL.Indexes such as the time for liposuction,the quantity of swelling liquid,rinse solution,aspirate and fat,and the duration of postoperative pain were recorded.The color of aspirate,intraoperative and postoperative vital signs of patients,degree of skin ecchymosis and edema,planeness of skin,toxic reaction of lidocaine and other complications were collected and used to estimate the superiority of WAL.Results In the series of 32 patients,the average time for liposuction was 4.5 hours;the average quantity of swelling liquid was 1850ml,rinse solution 15760ml,aspirate 11480ml,fat 4720ml,the average time of postoperative pain was 5 days.The operation of WAL was labor saving with less blood losing.Intraoperative and postoperative vital signs were stable in all patients,ecchymosis and edema were mild,the planeness of skin restored in 3 days after the operation.There no infection,hematoma,cutaneous necrosis and toxic reaction of lidocaine occurred,all patients responded fine in 6 months after the operation.Conclusion WAL is an effective and safe method for large volume Liposuction.Further study of safety of WAL in other fields should be carried out.
