摘　　要：本文通过对医改信息化主要工作任务的分解,以及公共卫生的医改工作定位。阐述了发展公共卫生信息化的目的意义,并以信息化促进基本公共卫生服务均等化为技术路径,提出了公共卫生信息化规划建设的主体内容和信息化支撑基本公共卫生服务均等化的实施措施与策略。Articles set out the goals of public health information development significance through tasks of decomposition from the main medical and health reform Informationize works,and orientation of public health working in health reform.Use Informationize to promotion the equal basic public health services as a technical path.Proposed main elements of the planning and construction of public health information and information technology support equal basic public health services of the implementation of the measures and policies are last conclusion.
