住院医师网络管理平台对规范化培训的促动作用

摘　　要：随着近年来信息技术化水平的提高,各大医院的信息化水平成为医院现代化水平的标志之一,信息化水平的进步使医院在技术水平和管理水平上都有了显著的提高。我院于2008年初正式启动运行了住院医师规范化培训管理平台。此平台建立在我院信息化建设的基础上,以办公自动化系统为载体,建立了一套完善的住院医师申报、存档,指导教师、科室主任审批、查询、评价,管理平台一体化管理的完善的信息系统。此平台的建立对我院的住院医师规范化培训工作带来的了多方面积极的促动作用。With improvement of the level of information technology in recent years,the level of information is a sign of the hospital's modernization level.The progress of information level have significantly improved.the management level and technical level of the hospital.Our hospital has officially launched and run the management platform for standardized training of resident physicians in early 2008.This platform is built on on the basis of our hospital's information technology construct.We establish a comprehensive information systems,including declaration,filing,approval and evaluation of the instructor,integrated management and so on.The establishment of this platform bring a positive motivational impact to our hospital's residency training in many areas.
