摘  要:远程医疗是对传统医疗模式的补充。提出了我国开展远程医疗的必要性。从该院门诊化可视远程会诊模式的构建、会诊资源库、会诊流程等,论述了门诊化远程会诊的基本途径。在患者受益的基础上,间接促进了基层医院学科的发展、提升了基层医师的诊疗水平,并对远程医疗的发展提供思考和建议,以期完善远程会诊制度。Telemedicine is a complement to the traditional medical model, and it is necessary to carry out telemedicine in China. Our paper introduced the successful establishment of outpatientization teleconsultation model, consultation resource database, and consultation process in our hospital, and discussed the basic approach toward remote consultation. Based on empirical practice, a large number of patients have been benefited and diagnostic and treatment levels of primary care physicians have been improved. Furthermore, primary hospitals' disciplines have been indirectly promoted. Through our experience, we raised some thoughts and recommendations for developing telemedicine in order to improve the tele-consultation system.
