基于DRGs分组器的北京农村学生儿童重大疾病医疗保障信息系统的设计与研究

摘　　要：为了实现北京农村学生儿童患白血病、先天性心脏病试点病种实行按病种付费(DRGs),采用计算机技术,设计集成调用DRGs分组器服务程序和新农合补偿接口程序的信息系统,直接输出新农合补偿费用、患者支付费用等信息,为病人节省时间和成本,也方便医务人员操作,提高工作效率,进一步推动了北京的付费机制改革的进程。In order to implement DRGs in Beijing for rural children suffering from leukemia and congenital heart disease, designs information system with program of DRGs and the new rural cooperative medical system compensation of interface. The system outputs the new rural compensation, patients' payment and other information. It saves time and cost for patients; provides convenient operation for the medical staff; improves work efficiency and to further promotes the Beijing's payment mechanism reform.
