综合交通枢纽地区周边工业园区产业转型与升级比较研究——以上海虹桥综合交通枢纽地区三个园区为例

摘　　要：综合交通枢纽的建设给其周边地区的经济发展带来了新的契机,传统工业区必须进行转型和升级,才能抓住这一契机创造更多的经济效益。上海西郊生产性服务业集聚区、上海虹桥临空经济园区和长风生态商务园区借助上海虹桥综合交通枢纽的建设契机,成功地进行了产业转型和升级。通过对这三个园区的发展背景、交通区位、功能定位和园区规划进行对比分析,得出各产业园区只有进行适合自身条件的产业转型和升级,形成错位发展,同时营造联动合作发展的良好环境,打造整个枢纽区域的产业脉络,才能提高自身的整体竞争力的结论。Building a new comprehensive transportation hub brings opportunities to surrounding areas.Building the Hongqiao transportation hub successfully transformed the Changfeng ecological business district,Hongqiao airport industrial park,and Shanghai's west suburban manufacturing agglomeration.A comparative study of the backgrounds,transportation functions,and planning for these three areas reveals their individual industrial transformations.Cooperation between the three areas increases the capacity and competitiveness of the entire transportation hub area.
