摘　　要：随着生态旅游观念的演进,生态园建设开始蓬勃发展。由于生态园一般位于城乡结合部,生态保护问题尤为敏感。天津市武清区运河沿岸生态园概念性规划设计阐述了反规划思想在生态园规划中的必要性,强调了要对现状自然资源与人文资源条件进行分析评价,确定保护和控制区域,建立完善的生态基础设施和景观安全格局,再在此框架内组织实体功能,才能实现生态旅游的可持续发展,建立和谐的人地关系。Ecological parks flourish with the development of eco-tourism.Eco-parks are usually in the urban-rural transition area and are environmentally sensitive.The concept plan for the Wuqing eco-park expresses the need for anti-planning ideals in eco-park planning.It evaluates the current human and natural resources and establishes preservation and control areas within a comprehensive landscape layout.Different functions within the framework are arranged so that eco-tourism is achieved with a balanced human/nature development.
