摘　　要：继电保护系统的隐藏故障对电网的运行威胁很大,而隐藏故障的诊断十分困难。论文对继电保护信息管理系统的结构及功能进行了说明,提出利用继电保护信息管理系统对继电保护装置进行监测从而发现其隐藏故障的新方法。对继电保护的动作特性进行了划分,建立了保护装置测量回路存在隐藏故障的判据,对利用故障录波信息进行动态特性检测进行了探讨。The operation of power grid is seriously threatened by the hidden failures of relay protection systems, however, the diagnosis of hidden failures is quite difficult. The structure and function of relay protection information management system are described, and a new method of detecting the hidden failures through monitoring protective devices using relay protection information management system is proposed. Operating characteristics of relay protection is analyzed, the criterion of the hidden failures in measurement circuit of protective devices is established and the dynamic characteristics of relays are discussed by use of fault record information.
