摘  要:本文介绍徐州彭城电厂三期工程3 044 t/h超超临界压力直流锅炉及其启动系统主要结构特点,针对该锅炉机组启停过程,提出锅炉循环转直流的2种方法、特点和判据,并将循环与直流转换的主要技术、控制要点,以及转直流状态给水调整、注意事项作了详细分析。实施中由于技术和措施得当,既防止水冷壁管超温,又确保了1 000 MW超临界塔式锅炉循环与直流转换的顺利进行,保证了机组启动安全、经济。This article introduces the main design features of the 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical tower-type boilers and it's start-up system in Xuzhou Pengcheng Power Plant Ⅲ project.According to the boiler's start-up and stopping process,the paper provides two methods to change recirculation modes to through-flow modes.It also analyses main technology and key controlling points of the two methods and precautions of water-feeding during the changing process.By adopting of the technical measures mentioned,overheating on water wall tube was prevented,the changing was smoothly carried out,and the safe and economic start-up was achieved.
