摘　　要：可变动建筑是指外维护界面及内部分割界面可以根据建筑功能的变化而变动的建筑,以及建筑的组合单元或者整体可以自由变动更新的建筑。从可变动建筑的概念和历史渊源入手,阐明了可变动建筑的特征及优点,并通过工程案例对其进行分析论证,指出目前国内可变动建筑发展面临的问题,最后对可变动建筑的发展前景进行展望。Alterable and movable architectures refer to as the buildings whose outside maintenance interface and inner disjunctive interface can be changed according a variety of architectural functions,and the combination unit of building or the whole can be changed and renovated freely.From the concept and the history origin of alterable and movable architectures,this puper clarifies the characteristics and advantages of them,and takes the engineering cases as their analytical argument,points out the problems confronted by the local development of alterable and movable architectures currently.At last it carries on an outlook of the development foreground of alterable and movable architectures.
