摘　　要：建筑为人们提供实际使用空间,而建筑设备及其管线,则像生命线一样维持着建筑物的日常运转。现阶段,由于经济及技术的原因,一些设备管线的处理,如雨水管和空调室外机等设备及管线,通常采用外露的方式,为建筑外观的美观处理带来一定难度,应该引起设计师们的足够重视。就住宅室外空调机位设计提出了现阶段存在的问题,提出了空调室外机设计基本原则,并进一步归纳总结了室外空调机位设计的一些常用手法,以供设计师们参考。There are many exposed devices,such as downspout and outdoor machine of air-condilioner etc on the facades of buildings,which bring some difficulties to treat the appearances of these buildings,to which sufficient attention should be paid.It is proposed that the existing problems of designing the positions of outdoor air-conditioner for residential buildings;also put forword the basic principles of their design.In the end some common design methods are also summarized.
