摘  要:在建的百万千瓦机组大型火力发电厂主厂房由于工艺上的原因,通常无法设置伸缩缝而形成超长结构。采用钢筋混凝土框架的超长结构具有良好的技术经济指标,但不可避免的遇到温度作用问题。采用弹塑性模型对某火力发电厂超长钢筋混凝土框架结构进行了分析,与以往的弹性分析相比具有如下特点:1)弹塑性温度应力分析能更准确地分析结构在温度作用下的效应;2)能考虑竖向荷载产生的裂缝对温度效应的影响。通过与弹性分析结果的对比发现,弹塑性分析得到的温度应力效应与弹性分析的结果有较大的差异。建立了温度作用下超长框架的裂缝宽度分析模型,为超长框架结构是否满足正常使用极限状态的要求提供了定量分析的方法。分析方法及结果对实际工程具有较高的参考价值。The length of 1 000 MW power plant main building is usually 100 m or longer,and the expansion joint is not allowed due to the production process,so that the building becomes an over-long structure.Although the RC over-long structure is much more economic than other type of structure planning,the temperature effect of the building become a difficulty for structure design.In this paper the non-linear analysis of the over-long RC frame structure was conducted based on an under construction power plant,and the analysis have characteristics as follows: 1)The results based on non-linear analysis are more accurate than those based on elastic analysis;2)The non-linear analysis can take account of the effect of the cracks by vertical loads on the temperature stress.Through the comparison of the results by non-linear analysis and elastic analysis,it was found that there is big difference between the non-linear analytical temperature effect and the elastic analytical one.A model is also built in this paper to analyze the width of the cracks due to temperature effect for over-long structure frame,and it provides a method to evaluate if the structure frame is satisfied the requirement of the normal service ultimate state.The analytical methods and results of the paper are valuable for practical engineering.
