摘  要:在对辽宁阜新排山楼金矿尾矿渣基本性质检测的基础上,采用正交试验和对比试验的方法,分析了尾矿渣作为活性混合材料制备水泥及作为掺合料配制混凝土的可行性。试验结果表明,当尾矿渣∶普通硅酸盐水泥∶石膏=22∶74∶4时,可制备出42.5强度等级水泥;尾矿渣作掺合料对混凝土强度的贡献等同于粉煤灰和自然煤矸石粉,但保水性较差,因此建议尾矿渣最好与粉煤灰等复掺使用。It is analyzed the feasibility that the mine tailings can be used both as active admixture material when making cement and as mixture when making concrete,which is studied by the orthogonal test and comparison test method,on the basis of checking element property of mine tailings in Paishanglou Goldmine,Fuxin City of Liaoning Province.The result of this experiment shows the C42.5 cement can be made up with the optimum mix proportion of slag∶cement∶gypsum=22∶74∶4.The contribution that had made to the intensity is as same as that of fly ash and the spontaneous combustion coal gangue,but its water-holding capacity is poor,so the better advice is to mix the mine tailings and the fly ash together when using it.
