厂房监测新方法的研究及在某钢厂落锤间的应用

摘　　要：厂房监测是维系钢厂安全生产的重要内容之一。目前,采用自由设站技术对钢结构厂房进行变形监测,但这种方法适用于小厂房,不能满足大厂房监测的要求。介绍一种基于全站仪的厂房监测的新方法,重点论述了新方法的原理、精度及特点。最后用新方法对某钢厂厂房进行实测,监测结果表明,新方法能够反映工业厂房的实际变形量,精度满足工业厂房监测的要求。Steel plant monitoring is one of important parts in safety production,at present free workshop station technology is popular for deformation monitoring of steel structures.However,the method is suitable for small plants,can't meet large plants requirements.A new plant-monitoring method based on total station is introduced in this paper,focuses on the principle of the new method,accuracy and features.At last,the new method was used to monitor the building of a steel plant,results show that the new method can reflect the actual deformation of industrial plants,and the precision meets the monitoring requirements of industrial plants.
