摘 要:近年来,我国各地出现了大量的大型公共建筑,其平面通常超长超宽,单层面积超大。结构超长,温度及收缩变形大,往往引起结构开裂,因此,按规范要求需设置伸缩缝。而采用预应力技术结合设置后浇带的方法可减少甚至取消伸缩缝,这样不仅可以避免伸缩缝处繁琐的建筑和设备处理,改善建筑使用功能,降低维护费用,防止设缝导致的渗漏等弊病,而且增加了结构的整体性。结合工程实例介绍预应力技术结合设置后浇带来解决超长不设缝混凝土结构的抗裂问题,为类似工程提供成功经验。A lot of large-scale public buildings have appeared in China in recent years.Their planes are usually super-long,super-wide and their areas on monolayer are super-large.The cracks are caused by large deformation of temperature and shrinkage in the super-long structure,so expansion joints should be set according to specifications.The prestressed technology with the arrangement of the late poured band can reduce or even remove the expansion joint,which not only can avoid complicated management of building and equipment on the expansion joint,improve its building function,but also depress the expenses of service,prevent leakage,furthermore,it can reinforce the structural integrity.Combined with practical construction,this article introduces prestressed technology with the arrangement of the late poured band,which solve the crack resistance performance of super-long concrete structure without the expansion joint,then it offers some successful experiences for similar projects.
