摘 要:南京河西某工程9号地块花园洋房采用预制预应力管桩基础,施工期间由于施工顺序及基坑周边超载等综合原因,工程桩大量倾斜偏位,最大偏位值达到2 000 mm,工程桩偏位严重超出规范要求。重新打桩已不可能。设计通过静载荷试验方法,取得了不同斜率偏位桩的残余承载力。确定了以倾斜桩作为工程桩承载主体并考虑长期荷载作用;部分位置适当补充树根桩,并适当增加基础刚度的方法,取得了良好的处理效果,保证了结构的安全,为业主节省了大量的桩基础费用和时间。通过处理过程中取得的数据,为类似工程提供参考。The precast prestressed concrete pipe piles were used for a project of foreignstyle houses in Nanjing.A tilt occurred in a large mumber of the piles,whose largest deflection was up to 2 000 mm.It was impossible to do re-pilings.The residual bearing capacity of the tilted piles was got by static load test.It was determined to use the tilted piles as the main body to carry the load;root piles were added to partial positions,and the stiffness of the foundation was also increased to a proper level,by which excellent effect was obtained.
