摘　　要：工程造价的控制是随着现代管理科学的发展而发展起来的,建设项目的造价控制贯穿于项目的全过程。通过对项目决策阶段、设计阶段、实施阶段和竣工阶段等不同阶段造价控制的方法进行分析,论述全过程工程造价控制是工程造价管理发展的必然趋势以及决策阶段造价控制的重要性。Control of project cost is developed along with the progress of modern management.Cost control of construction project covers every stage of the same.On the basis of analysis on method of cost control in different stages of the project such as decision,engineering,execution and completion,this thesis states that the overall-process cost control should be the inevitable trend of the development of cost management and discusses on the essentiality of cost control in decision stage of the project.
