摘　　要：采用"籼粳架桥"技术,以籼粳基因适度搭配协调,交换重组,生态选择,培育偏籼偏粳骨干亲本。C418与广占63S两个高产、优质、广适性、高配合力的骨干亲本的育成与应用,丰富了"籼粳架桥"科学内涵。文章还进一步讨论了籼粳杂种优势及优势生态群利用问题。The indica clinous and japonica clinous rices for core parents can be developed by adopting the technique of ″building a bridge between indica and japonica″,through appropriately combining and coordinating indica and japonica genes in the process of gene exchange and recombination,and by applying the method of ecological selection.The successful development and application of the two high-yielding superior core parents of high combining ability,C418 and Guangszhan 63S,has further enriched its scientific connotation.The paper further discussed about utilization of indica/japonica hybrid vigor and heterotic groups.
