摘  要:以具有"低温不育、高温可育"育性转换特性的反温敏核不育水稻go543S为材料,对其育性转换光温特性和敏感期等进行了系统研究。结果表明,go543S的感光级别为Ⅱ级,感光性弱;而感温级别为Ⅲ级,感温性中等。自然条件和人工气候箱鉴定的结果均表明,go543S的育性转换主要受温度的控制,与光照长短无关,其育性转换临界温度值为29.5℃。温度诱导go543S育性转换的敏感期在雌雄蕊形成期至花粉母细胞减数分裂期,其中花粉母细胞形成期是最敏感时期。The photo-thermo sensitivity and sensitive stages of fertility alteration of go543S,a new inverse temperature-sensitive genic male sterile rice with fertility alteration of low temperature inducing sterility and high temperature inducing fertility were systematically studied.The results showed that the photoperiodic response of go543S was weak and classified as the second photoperiodic sensitivity level while its temperature response was medium and classified as the third temperature sensitivity level.The tendency of fertility alteration of go543S in Changsha district in 2002 and the photo-thermal experiment in the phytotron showed that fertility alteration of go543S was mainly controlled by temperature and was not correlated to the light length.The critical temperature of fertility alteration of go543S was about 29.5℃ with its thermo-sensitive period of fertility alteration from the stamen and pistil formation stage to pollen mother cell(PMC) meiotic division stage and the most sensitive period at PMC formation stage.
