摘  要:为明确粳型光温敏核不育系的光温反应特性,在云南省水富县2个不同海拔点(海拔300和700 m),对12份粳型光温敏核不育系材料分别按12,14和16 h 3个光长处理测试其光温反应特性。结果表明:不同材料间的感光级别、短日高温生育期级别和感温级别存在一定差异,其中皖A201S、冬279S、冬280S和冬282S等4份材料的光温反应类型属于中—中—弱类型;而云粳202S、冬271S、冬277S、冬278S、N5088S、N7001S和N95076S等7份材料的光温反应类型属于强—短—中;仅冬269S这1份材料的光温反应类型属于中—中—中类型。In order to probe the photoperiodic and temperature response characteristics of japonica photo-thermo sensitive genic male sterile(PTGMS) lines,the response to photoperiod and temperature of 12 japonica PTGMS lines was analyzed under artificial day length conditions(12 h,14 h and 16 h) and 2 latitude locations(300 m and 700 m) in Shuifu County,Yunnan Province.The results indicated that the levels on photoperiod sensitivity,period of duration on short photoperiod and high temperature and temperature sensitivity of 12 japonica PTGMS lines were various,but only 3 types were found on photoperiod sensitivity,period of duration on short photoperiod and high temperature and temperature sensitivity of all materials.They were mid-mid-weak,mid-mid-mid and strong-short-mid type,respectively.The PTGMS lines of A201S,279S,280S and 282S belong to mid-mid-weak type,the materials 202S,271S,277S,278S,N5088S,N7001S and N95076S belong to strong-short-mid type and the PTGMS line 269S was mid-mid-mid type.
