摘　　要：管道二公司西气东输二线西段项目部在施工管理过程中,探索确立了以"勇争第一"、"追求完美"和"自我管理"为主要内容的项目文化内涵,体现了西气东输二线建设与二公司传统文化两者之间的融合,是管道施工科学管理和人文关怀的结晶。During implementing construction management, the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project (West Section) Department of CPP Second Engineering Co. explores the project culture connotation with the ' endeavoring for the first, pursuing perfect and self-management' as the main content that embodies the fusion of the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project construction work and the CPP Second Co. traditional culture. It is the crystallization of scientific management and humanistic care in pipeline construction.
