摘　　要：西气东输二线第11标段主要位于武威市管辖范围内,施工机组的施工范围为84.3 km,管道所经地段全部是农田,该地区已建设了多条油气干线。施工单位在这些地区施工,除了增加施工难度外,最影响施工的问题是征地协调工作,其政策性极强、处理难度最大、敏感度最高,直接影响施工总进度和经济效益。以西气东输二线第11标段武威段的征地协调工作为例,从征地前的准备工作、进场清点扫线、主管道焊接、开沟下管、地貌恢复等方面介绍了工作体会,可供参考。The 11th bidding section of West to East Gas Pipeline Project is mainly located in the districts under Wuwei City Administration where there are 84.3 km long sites of farmland for pipeline construction and there have been many oil and gas trunk pipelines constructed in the districts. For construction units, besides the increased construction difficulties in these districts, the most difficult problem affecting construction is the land expropriation coordination work that possesses the features of strongest policy, most difficulty and most sensitivity, and influences directly the whole construction schedule and economic benefits. Taking the land expropriation coordination work in the 11th bidding section of West to East Gas Pipeline Project in Wuwei City as an example, this paper summarizes the experience of land expropriation coordination work with respect to preparative work before land expropriation, site clearing, main pipeline welding, trenching, pipeline laying and landform recovering.
