摘　　要：结合西气东输二线西段管道工程实际,对EPC模式下管道工程项目的质量管理进行了分析和探讨,总结了在实际质量管理过程中积累的经验和不足,提出了EPC工程项目质量管理的新思路。This paper analyzes and discusses the quality management of pipeline project under EPC mode in combination with the practice in West Section of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project, summarizes the accumulated experience and deficiency from practical quality management course, and offers new thoughts of EPC project quality control.
