摘 要:随着我国石油、天然气管道事业飞速发展,逐步形成了陆上长输管网。一些管网由于受各种因素影响,经常通过地下高水位、流沙现象严重的地段。采用常规开挖方法容易出现流沙、管沟塌方的情况,开挖土方量大,成功几率比较低。采用井点降水效果也不明显,需要对沟壁进行大放坡。因此在开挖中采用钢板桩进行支护,同时配合降水。这样就确保了管沟成型的成功几率并能有效地起到防护作用,大大增加了沟下焊接作业的安全系数。文章主要围绕地下高水位流沙地段钢板桩支护受力分析及钢板桩设计等作了一些探讨和总结。With the rapid development in China petroleum pipeline sector, the land long-distance pipeline networks have been formed gradually. Some pipeline networks influenced by a variety of restriction factors have to pass through the regions with high water table and quicksand. Using traditional trenching method will cause quicksand hazard and collapse easily, and lead to a large amount of earthwork and lower successful possibility of trenching. If using the well point drainage method, very gentle trench slope is required and it will cause inefficient trenching work. Therefore, the method combining the well point drainage with the steel sheet pile support is adopted, which greatly increases trench forming capability and protects trench wall from collapse, and enables welding work performed in trench safer. The main contents of this paper are the discussion and summary on force analysis of the steel sheet pile support in the region with high water table and quicksand, and the steel sheet design as well.
