板栗花提取物体外抑菌效果研究

摘　　要：板栗花作为民间用药在临床上已有应用,并有一定的治疗效果,但是缺乏相关理论研究。为了解板栗花的抑菌效果,本研究将板栗花的水煮提取物制备含0.001 g/mL,0.01 g/mL,0.1 g/mL和1 g/mL的板栗花提取物药平板和药敏片,分别对供试菌株大肠埃希菌O4、大肠埃希菌O8、大肠埃希菌O101、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌进行药敏试验。结果表明:当板栗花提取物浓度为0.01 g/mL时,所有供试菌株均高度敏感,这为板栗花的开发利用提供了理论基础。The application of Chestnut Flowers in clinical practice showed a definite effect in folk,but lack of theoretical basis.In order to investigate the antibacterial effect,the plates and medicine tablets were made from the hot water extract of Chestnut Flowers at different concentrations of 0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0,8.0 mg/mL respectively.A drug sensitive test was performed with Escherichia coli O4,Escherichia coli O8,Escherichia coli O101,staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa.The results showed that all the strains tested were sensitive to the extract of Chestnut Flowers at the concentrations of 0.01 g/mL.This research provides a theoretical basis for further research on development and utilization of Chestnut Flowers.
