摘　　要：急性期蛋白(APPs)是指在感染、创伤、炎症等应激原的作用下,机体内浓度发生变化的蛋白。研究表明,血清APP浓度变化可为动物疾病的诊断和预防提供参考依据。国外已将其应用到屠宰动物的健康控制和肉品的安全评价。论文对APP的生物学功能及其在兽医公共卫生领域的应用等方面进行了综述。Acute phase proteins(APPs) are the proteins their concentrations can be changed under the stressorschallenges,such as infection,trauma and inflammation.Studies showed that serum APPs concentrations could provide the reference factore for the animal disease diagnosis and prevention.APPs have been applied to the health control of slaughter animals and the evaluation of meat safety abroad.This review contained the biological function and application in veterinary public health of APPs.
