摘  要:介绍一种S波段、200MHz带宽、22kW以上高平均功率速调管群聚段的研制过程。热测结果和2.5维Arsenal软件都验证了最初设计时带内存在凹点。在整管长度和腔体间隙渡越角不变的前提下,将二、三腔设计为对腔,有效地消除了带内凹点,证明对腔是消除凹点的有效方法之一。采用一维大信号软件研究各腔参数对输出功率的影响,有效地提高了高端频点的功率和整个带内功率,计算结果和热测结果的变化趋势基本一致。The investigation on the beam wave interaticion for the bunch system of a high average power S band klystron is performed with its bandwidth 200MHz a nd average power more t han 22kW.The ho t-test results a nd 2.5D Arsenal s oftware validation indicated that the original design of the klystron exist the power falling points in the middle of bandwidth.On the condition that the whole tube’s length and the gap transit angles among the cavities can not be changed,the 2nd and 3rd cavities are designed with the clustered-cavity,which can eliminates the falling points in the bandwidth effectively.Also,by using 1D large signal software to calculate its output power with the cavities parameters,the power in the high frequency points and in the whole bandwidth is increased obviously,Which are agree very well with hot-test of the klystron.
