摘　　要：随着毫米波技术的发展,毫米波雷达也得到了更深入的研究和进一步发展,本文描述了回旋行波管的特点和应用要求,探讨了三种调制器在回旋行波管发射机中的应用情况,最后介绍了回旋管发射机的发展趋势和意义。With the development of millimeter wave(MMW)technology,the MMW radar has been studied and developed.The characteristics and applicable requirements of gyro-TWT are described in this paper.The applications of three kind of modulator in MMW radar transmitter are discussed in this pa per,and the development tendency and significance of the M MW ra dar transmitter are presented in the end.
