摘 要:比较了乙黄药、丁黄药和异丁黄药3种浮选剂对高硫铝土矿浮选除硫的性能,着重考察了浮选剂用量、浮选时间、浮选矿浆浓度、pH值及矿石粒度对浮选除硫率和氧化铝回收率的影响.一次精选结果表明,乙黄药对于高硫铝土矿浮选除硫药剂用量和浮选时间的要求比较高,且氧化铝的回收率不高于90%;丁黄药和异丁黄药浮选除硫能力强,氧化铝回收率均高于90%,对浮选药剂用量和浮选时间等参数的要求也不高,较适合用于铝土矿浮选除硫的工业化生产.丁黄药和异丁黄药一步精选开路实验表明,异丁黄药具有较高的选择性,丁黄药具有较强的捕收能力.Flotation desulphurization performances of ethyl xanthate,butyl xanthate and isobutyl xanthate on high-sulfur bauxite were compared.The influences of collectors,flotation time,pulp density,pH value and ore grain size on desulfurization rate and alumina flotation recovery rate were studied.The results showed that ethyl xanthate had a certain floatation desulphurization ability,but the collector usage and flotation time were relatively high,and the alumina recovery rate was not more than 90%;butyl xanthate and isobutyl xanthate had strong ability of flotation desulphurization,the alumina recovery rate was higher than 90%,the collector usage and flotation time were not very high,which make them suitable for industrial application.The open circuit experiments of butyl xanthate and isobutyl xanthate showed that isobutyl xanthate had higher selectivity,and butyl xanthate had a strong collecting ability.
